San José is the capital and the biggest city in Costa Rica. The city has a stable climate all year with an average temperature of 23 degrees. San José is located in the Central Valley and surrounded by high mountain tops. In "downtown" San José you find all the bars, cafes, saunas and hotels. In and around the southern part of Central Park there is a small gay area where you can get all the tips you need.
